Veterans with Parkinson's May be Eligible for Disability Compensation & Health Care Benefits

Secretary Shinseki decided to establish service-connection for Vietnam Veterans with B cell leukemias, such as hairy cell leukemia; Parkinson's disease; and ischemic heart disease. This is based on an independent study by the Institute of Medicine showing an association with exposure to Agent Orange. Vietnam veterans with these diseases may be eligible for disability compensation and health care benefits. Click here for more information.

Gentle Exercises

Done while sitting in a chair using small movements that stimulate the nervous system's ability to maintain balance and coordination. This class is highly recommended for anyone dealing with arthritis, vertigo, balance problems, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, and many types of nerve damage problems.
